VMOU Admission Updates 2023: VMOU admission 2023 has already started. Candidates can apply till March 25, 2023. The entrance exam for MBA and MCA took place on March 19, 2023. The VMOU B.Ed admission 2023 schedule will be released soon. 

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, previously known as Kota Open University was founded in 1987 as Rajasthan's first open learning institution. The UGC committee noted that "the distance system in Rajasthan is created properly and can transform into a full-fledged Open University" under the chairmanship of Late Prof. G. Rama Reddy. The VMOU Kota is the result of the merging of the Institute of Correspondence Studies and Continuing Education Jaipur and (the College of Correspondence Studies) Udaipur.

VMOU admission is based on overall merit and entrance exams. MBA admission at VMOU is done on the basis of CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT / GMAT scores. For some courses, VMOU entrance exams are also conducted. VMOU placement process moves quite smoothly. Students receive good work opportunities from the VMOU campus.

VMOU Assignments are compulsory for students. Assignments are to be done according to specific guidelines given to students. There are files and internal assignments for different courses. Students must complete and submit the assignments at the regional centres of VMOU within the stipulated time. The university has also started the facility for online submission of assignments. If a student fails to submit the assignment, VMOU will hold the examination results for such students. Students can view and download the VMOU assignments by visiting the official website.
