Techno India University Kolkata application process usually starts after the WBJEE or West Bengal CET result has been out. Then the Techno India University Kolkata authorities released the application form for the programme. Techno India University admission 2023 application process for all courses like arts, commerce, humanitarian, Pharmaceutical, and engineering depends on exams like JEE, GATE, and West Bengal CET, which is also called WBJEE. All other state universities, including the Techno India University Kolkata, release the application form as the state-wise JEE merit list is released. The university also has some procedures of its own, and they are as follows:

• Visit the official admission portal. 
• For admission to B.Sc, one has to directly fill out the university application form, give the exam, and mandatorily qualify, as this is not related to the JEE exam conducted by NTA.  
•  Then, they can select the programme and fill out the registration form with the required information, such as educational details, personal details, and contact addresses.
• Some documents like scanned signatures, one Identity proof card like the PAN card, the Aadhaar or passport, and colour photographs of the candidate must be uploaded along with the application form. To avoid any hitch in the admission process, the candidates are informed to keep all the required documents, such as birth certificate, category certificate, income certificate, last qualifying degree certificate, etc. and in the case of admission in engineering courses, JEE application form, result card and admit card is a must.  
• Finally, they can submit the application form. And pay the TIU Kolkata application fee via any online payment method such as net banking, credit and debit cards, BHIM UPI, Paytm, etc. Candidates are advised to keep the receipt of the fee paid as proof for further reference.
•  If the confirmation page is not generated after completing the fee payment, the transaction is cancelled, and the deducted amount is refunded to the candidate's respective bank account. The candidates have to make transactions again. 
• Then, at the time of seat allotment through the first and second rounds, the eligible candidates are suggested to opt for the college of their choice for the branch of engineering and wait for the result. Once the allotment results are out, the candidate must physically go to the college and do the necessary admission procedures. 
• For the Direct admissions for B. Sc, arts, and other humanitarian courses, the candidate, after filling out the application form, attempting the exam, and qualifying, can either opt to go and do the necessary admission procedures directly or can wait for the usual computer-based college selection and admission, During the admission, the candidate has to carry the required documents and photographs mandatorily.  
• At TIU Kolkata University, different procedures are to be followed for different courses as the admission committee is different for different courses. The dates also vary.
• The selection of candidates for TIU Kolkata admission is solely based on their performance in the last qualifying examination.
• PhD aspirants can opt-out from giving the TIU Kolkata examination only if they have qualified for national-level entrance examinations such as UGC/ CSIR NET (JRF) examination, SET etc.
