Campus: The NIT Jalandhar campus was built in an area of 154 acres. The campus has various buildings with clean surroundings by green belt. Nearly 16 departments are there on the campus. Dispensary: The dispensary is the institute's beating heart, providing treatment for many diseases as well as first assistance to the injured. It also hosts various awareness camps, such as cardiac camps and BMD camps. For the prevention of seasonal disease, many updates have been distributed. All national programs, such as Pulse Polio and Immunization, are implemented with the assistance of local health authorities. A pathological lab is also available at the dispensary for various examinations. In the event of a medical emergency, an ambulance van is available 24 hours a day to transport patients to other hospitals for treatment.

Transport: The Institute provides bus transportation from the campus to the city to make commuting easier. Two frequent buses are available. Every morning and evening, these buses run back and forth.

Guest House: Within the Institute's grounds, there is only one guest house. The guest house is close to the shopping mall. The Guest House includes 17 air-conditioned suites, each with a TV, Internet access, VoIP, and a blower. Hostel: A totalofTen boy’s hostels and three girl's hostels are available in NIT Jalandhar Campus. Each hostel has a reading area, indoor games, and washing machines, among other amenities. The majority of hostels offer internet access. Other amenities include geysers, water purifiers, and water coolers in each hostel. Students are expected to make good use of common rooms that contain newspapers, literature, and other materials for indoor games. The hostel warden will set the common room hours on a regular basis.

Post Office: There is a Post Office on campus. The NITJ campus is a postal delivery office that is part of a separate postal zone. The post office is located in the dispensary building and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Shopping Facility: There is a shopping center on campus that serves the requirements of students and residents. The Shopping Centre, which is close to the residential zone, provides groceries, provisions, and other necessities. A bookshop is located in the institute's commercial area, and Xerox services are also provided.

Banking: State Bank of Patiala and Canara Bank are two of the institute's banks on campus. Both banks have typical campus locations and are housed in the same building. The salary of Institute employees is deposited at the State Bank of Patiala. The bank is next to the NITJ Guest House and a commercial mall. The State Bank of Patiala has one ATM on its premises. Canteen: The campus contains a couple of eateries, which are probably frequented more by host elites looking for a break from hostel food than by casual visitors. The Campus Canteen is open Monday through Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are several South Indian and North Indian meals to choose from. Seminar Halls: All major activities at NIT Jalandhar take place in the Central Seminar Hall. The Convocation ceremony for the 2001-05 batch in 2006 can be remembered as the year in which this building established its presence and importance for the Institute. Lord Swaraj Paul, the ceremony's Chief Guest, inaugurated it. Since then, it has held numerous Convocations, as well as large-scale events such as UTKANSH, Tech Fests, and international conferences.

Training and Placement Cell: After the sixth semester of the B Tech program, all B Tech disciplines are expected to participate in industrial Practical Training. The center assists students in planning their industry training. The CTP organizes professional talks by corporate executives in both technical and HRD streams for the Institute's students and faculty. Various Workshops, Symposia, and Seminars keep a directory of industries, information on recent technical advancements, and research and development centers, among other things.

Computer Centre: The Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology envisions a centralized computing facility, campus-wide networking, and information technology as a way to enhance the educational experience and re-energize emerging areas of scholarly research and education. Telecommunications and information technology (IT) are a set of instruments that can improve the character and efficiency of a country or an institution. Centre Library:  Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology's Central Library was founded in 1988. (The same year this institute was established). Since then, this learning center has been operating with the goal of fostering self-learning, supplementing academics, boosting research and development activities, and promoting consulting services. At the moment, the central library is housed in a multi-story facility that is easily accessible to all departments and dormitories.
