About INI CET 2023 July Session (Code Generation and Final Registrations Ongoing)

INI CET 2023 registration and basic candidate information filling was held between March 7-25, 2023. Students were allowed to fill in their INI CET application 2023 and submit details accordingly. Meanwhile, code generation and final registrations will be held until April 10, 2023. The INI CET 2023 admit card will also be published on the AIIMS website on May 1, 2023.

INI CET 2023 exam for July session is scheduled to be held on May 7, 2023. The result notification will be out by May 13, 2023, for candidates' reference. INI CET 2023 exam is held by AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences), Delhi, to fill 977 seats in various PG courses such as Doctor of Medicine (MD),Master of Surgery (MS)Master of Dental Surgery (MDS)Doctorate of Medicine (DM), and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh).

Meanwhile, INI CET 2024 exam date for January session has been published. The test will be held on November 5, while the result will be out by November 11, 2023. The full form of INI CET is denoted as the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test. INI CET 2023 Application Form Filling Process

Unlike other exams, the INI CET 2023 application form-filling process is slightly different. It is segregated into 3 major sections:

Basic Registration:

In this step, candidates need to fill in all the basic information on the official site of AIIMS INI CET 2023. You’ll have to sign up and create a registration ID as well as password for your candidature. Then, you will have to upload images of several documents on the portal itself. Make sure every little detail is clearly visible and is a replica of the generalized specifications provided.

Code Generation:

After your basic registration is completed, you’ll have to wait and keep checking your INI CET 2023 application status on the dashboard. When it gets approved, candidates can log in to the portal and generate a code. This code will be your RUC (Registration unique code) for the next process. Do note it down without fail. 

Final Registration:

INI CET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Prior to filling out the INI CET 2023 application form, all candidates must satisfy all the INI CET 2023 eligibility criteria in order to be eligible to appear for the examination. Thus, mentioned below are the eligibility criteria specified by the conducting authority for candidates to go through, before registering themselves for INI CET 2023:

  • All candidates should have a MBBS degree to be eligible for admission in the MD/MS course, and a BDS degree for admission in MDS course from a renowned Institute that has been recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) or the Medical Council of India (MCI).
  • All candidates should have completed at least 1 year of rotatory internship,and be able to produce the certificate of the same to become eligible for the INI CET 2023 exam.
  • Candidates belonging to the general category must score a minimum of 55% aggregate in the MBBS and those belonging to SC/ST category, must score a minimum 50%.
  • Candidates should also have obtained a registration certificate that has been issued by the MCI/DCI or State Dental Council/ State Medical Council (SMC/SDC) to become eligible for the INI CET 2023 exam.

INI CET Exam Eligibility Criteria 2023 - Indian Nationals Who’ve Graduated Abroad

AIIMS has set special eligibility criteria for candidates who’ve completed their MBBS abroad. Their Foreign Medical Graduate Examination scores - FMGE scores - will be taken into consideration in lieu of aggregate marks. However, the MBBS cutoff marks for the INI CET 2023 eligibility criteria will be standard.

INI CET Exam Eligibility Criteria 2023 - Foreign Nationals

Foreign national candidates need to have a university/institution-certified grading system. This will determine the grading value percentage. The marks calculated need to be filled in the marks column while INI CET final registration is in progress. The cutoff marks needed in MBBS/BDS have to be a total of 55% or equivalent.

No Objection Certificate (NOC):

The NOC (no objection certificate) need to be obtained from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India. It has to be submitted to the Examination Section on or before the set dates. Note that no objection certificate that are obtained solely from the Ministry of External Affairs will NOT be considered as valid NOC for INI CET exam.
