Every year, the Uttarakhand Government's Social Welfare Department accepts applications for the award of e-scholarships to SC/ST/OBC individuals from Uttarakhand who are pursuing higher education in universities/colleges. • Doon University Library - The Central Library was established in 2009 to assist the university's teaching-learning process, and since then, it has worked hard to build a robust collection of learning resources and to enable access to information through its services. The Doon University library is separated into two sections: the Reading Room and the Circulation Room. There are a lot of printed papers in both divisions, including textbooks, reference books, reports, yearbooks, manuals, and case studies. The Doon University circulation part contains books for all UG/PG courses offered by the university's many schools, and one can borrow a set amount of volumes from this section.
